Another one of Magnase's waifs, Turtle is a lightning dragon who considers herself disenfranchised. Unlike all of the Pealcathcher's previous finds, Turtle was fully grown, the oldest in her new clan. Her old clan, almost entirely Ridgebacks, split apart due to a territorial dispute. Not feeling as if she belonged, she opted to join another clan instead of trying to rebuild with her old clanmates. At Wanderhome she hopes to make a new life for herself.

Despite her size and power, she is gentle, and can be seen taking care of the hatchlings and letting them use her as a jungle gym. After her own children exalted, she became depressed and all the new adoptees seem to help her fill the emptiness. She considers all of the incoming hatchlings her children, and is very motherly and protective towards them. She really shines as a nanny and caretaker, and her endless well of love and patience is well known among the babies she raised.

Turtle is a nursemaid. When there are no hatchlings about, she does dispatch work with Grisaille.

Turtle is by far the strongest of the clan, outclassing even Ritto. What she lacks in leadership skills she makes up for in knowledge. Turtle has valuable knowledge and experience with different areas of the lightning territory, and often plays map-reader or navigator despite spending most of her time at home. She can exploit territory, alliances and even resources based on connections she made in her old clan. During Wanderhome meetings she is very active and vocal. Watching her have a heated conversation with Capli is the funniest thing ever.
