Rank: Warrior with power over bugs, mainly butterflys

This dragoness was raised to be strong and fierce. so why does she utilizer the help of simple creatures such as butterflies? That is a fun story:
It was a nice spring day when LavaLake was on a mission in the grans dragons lands, under DawnBreaker's orders, that something new happened to her. she was searching a ruin with two other dragons when they were descovered and ran into a cave for cover. they weren't out of danger but they were overlooded for now. LavaLake told the other two dragons to stay a few meaters from the entrance and guard it incase they were found again while she inspected the intisde of the cave to make sure they were alone. she explored the cave and found a light coming from father in, so she kept up her guard and walked to the light. what she found was a small lake with a gem at the top of the room it was in. the gem was just a light gem of no use or importance, but what caught her eyes was a mask on a pedistal in the center of the lake. she was confused as to why this mask was here but she didnt care, if it was protected in a cave like this it had to be imporant and worth something. so she tried to fly to the mask but magic had stopped any chance of that. so she chose the dangerous path, to swim to it. luckily she had trained by swimming in lava, but still had a heck of a time getting to it. once she was there she climbed the pedicstal and grabbed the mask. she still couldn't fly and didn't really want to swim back to shore with this mask in her jaws incase she damaged it or it impeaded her breathing. so she PUT IT ON.

After that the wierdness started happening. she could smell things like flowers and trees. it was really wierd to her but she had to swim back first. so she pushed off the pedisatl and swam back to shore. she was tired and feeling wierd but had suceeded in her mission in getting something valuable for her clan. then she tried to take it off and was unpleasantly suprised to find it wouldnt budge. it didn't hurt to try and remove it, but it sure wouldnt move. so she decided to just get back home and see if the high five could remove it.

she was teased by her conpanions as she reached the entrance. her temper flared and thats when the wings on the mask flapped in her agitation. then one by one the butterflies started to show up. they flew in the entrence and landed all around her. the next time she was made fun of and her temper flared, the butterflies started fluttering in agitation.

LavaLake got sick of this quickly and decided to run back to the clan. only one problem, when they exited the cave they were surrounded. LavaLake was ready to fight to the death and got rready to attack. that was when the dragons from the grass clan looked at the mask she had on and stopped in thier track. the muttering started and then they just parted and left room for LavaLake and her fellow dragons to pass, at the time she didn't question it. they flew all the way back to the high five to tell them what happened.

Chrysophylax was the one to tell her she had found a rare and scacred grass type magic. he could have removed it but told her it would weaken her to the point of no more missions, or he could teach her how to utilize the magic it held. she may not have liked butterflies at first but there was no way she would stop being a warrior. so she chose to keep and master the magic.

Since then she has mastered control over the butterflies that the mask lets her call to her aid. they are often used as distractions or a form of smoke screne. she is even been known to mix a real smoke screne and used her butterflies to make it look like there are more dragons than there is or that they are in diffrent locations than they are.

She has now been known as the beautiful and deadly Butterfly warrior. she still doesnt care to much for the nickname, but finds it fitting enough. so it took a long time to adjust but has been worth it to find that little mask in that cave, and she couldnt see herself without her mask any longer.

And now she even wears bos and jewelry to akcent her own beauty. Because who said warriors couldn't be just as beautiful as they are deadly?
