Uh-oh, looks like this fluffy guy wandered a little too far from his home lair (342595, TheJesterWolf), and now he's off to see the world! Traveling with CalaenoJR

One day after having a little scuffle with the boss of the lair, Calaeno wandered a bit too far from the group and couldn't find his way back home. he now wanders the land in search for anyone to help out. he want's to see everything he can before he gets back though, maybe even bring back a peace offering as an apology for the boss, Esoleil. help him out, send him off to others to give him a boost on his adventure! send your own dragon on an adventure too! if you ever get tired of him, just send him off on his journey to somewhere else! before exalting, just know Esoleil would be grateful to have her family back. have a good day! take care of Calaeno!

During his stay in Wyrmwound., he had met an interesting clan of warriors. There were those that were the top warriors, and then those that found a usefulness for the clan in other areas. They could fight if needed but they otherwise had a designated job that was a pecking order or sorts. The gatherers and Nursery workers seemed to be the lowest; the Warriors, which were mostly the Wildclaws were the highest. Then of those warriors there were the elites. For the most part regardless of rank everyone got along. While he was there two of the Elite warriors took him out to learn how to fight. If he was going to survive traveling around Sornieth he had better learn to defend himself. After a long day of training he was tired and very sore, but he had at least learned how to defend himself out there

Calaeno now found himself roaming a dense forest in Nature territory. The Shrieking Wilds they called it. He could understand why it seems like ever living thing in the forest was competing with each other to be heard. Frogs croaking, birds chirping, monkeys howling there were to many sounds to keep track of! Calaeno soon became disoriented by all the unfamiliar noises. He very quickly lost his sense of direction, and couldn't remember the path he took into the forest. A loud thump behind him made Calaeno jump suddenly. Turning he bared his fangs to what ever foe had found him. A skydancer with wings as green as the surrounding forest stood a few feet away.
"Who are you?" Calaeno growled at the stranger.
The forest dragon stood staring at him, completely unfazed by his tone.
"The names Greenwings" He replied evenly.
After a short discussion Greenwings brought the Tundra to his clan. The clan was more then welcoming to the lost newcomer. Calaeno was provided with a den to stay in temporarily. The last clan he had encountered had been filled with many warriors, and while this clan had a formidable fighting force it also had dragons that had took on various other roles. Some were gatherers, others builders, and one was a hatchling caretaker. As beautiful the territory was Calaeno knew he could never stay for long. The non-stop sounds of the jungle was going to drive him mad, after exchanging a few farewells with the clan he was on his way again.

Much time had past before Calaeno was able to again reflect on his travels, notably in a place known as the Oasis of Sick. So much had happened--he had met a peculiar snapper and together the two had a spot of romance--in which a single egg was produced. Both were overjoyed--but both had destines that resided apart. The snapper was devoted to the works of the Plaguebringer, himself, to his love of travels.

Calaeno continues his journey, but not alone. His daughter, Calaeno JR joins him. Likely, the arrangement will be temporary, but he will teach her everything he knows before they separate.

3 years has passed, my child is all grown up and I grow weary at the thought of staying another day. My wings ache to feel the wind, my claws ache to travel. I dream of showing JR the wonders I've come across, the many different dragons I've met... perhaps I'll do it. We'll travel again. Together, and perhaps she will find a clan of her own.

Calaeno has been in the same small clan for a while, and has felt its machinations move and shift towards the Scarred Wasteland (though, fortunately, only to the waterlogged border of it). He had often been in the habit of nesting in clans before leaving them, but somehow this felt different. Calaeno could feel his breed's old tendencies begin to manifest in him. It was subtle at first- he forgot someone's name, misplaced the kettle, became lost in a formerly familiar part of the town. Calaeno knows that many Tundras with memory loss still travel, but for now he is content to stay in Waterborne, alongside his daughter and among a repertoire of teas, herbs, and coffees. Calaeno's decision to make his living from distinctive, pleasantly aromatic beverages is not a coincidence. It's a derivative of an old hobby that has accompanied him around Sornieth. When he smells each dried plant or fresh brew, he is better able to recall specific memories, and finds it easier to remember current events with olfactory anchors such as these to latch onto. Truth be told, his coffee shop is not a particularly profitable business, but his daughter chips in as best she can, and the community of Waterborne frequents it often. He makes teas and coffees suited to dragons and Beastclan members from around the globe, and will usually provide company, chatting to his patrons and ensuring that they are alright.
