After a fairly tumultuous childhood, Reese was content with just living life after adoption. He wanted what any other kid his age wanted: to be a kid. Though he never got in trouble, he still pushed boundaries; i.e. Never calling home when he's running late. Constantly running to a friend's house. Wasting money on junk food and schemes that will never work. It's tiring to be on the other end of his behavior, but it's normal behavior.

He knows it's hard to be a parent. That's why he never criticizes Casey. She's been the best mom he could ask for, especially knowing what alternatives are out there. Still... not many "young adults" want to sit at home and watch television with their parents. They'd rather be hanging out with friends of questionable repute. So with an apologetic note, Reese is rarely home. If anyone wants to find him, it's easier to call Audrey or Pruzaan.
