...Whatever γ is, Rho is pretty certainit isn't a noise dragons should even be able to make. Rey swirls about in the water, bubbles rising around her with the motion.
«PLEASE HOLD ONE MOMENT...»
her quick, twirling movements decelerate in such a manner that it looks like time had slowed down around her. She narrows her eerie, glowing eyes, as if she is considering something.
«I HAD FORGOTTEN THAT QUIRIA HAS TOLD ME TO STOP INTRODUCING MYSELF LIKE THAT, AS IT IS 'SUSPICIOUS'.»
"Er, I'm Rhomeson, but most dragons just call me Rho," he takes a slow step away from Rey.

Rey's eyes glow briefly, and Rho swears he sees part of her body phase through itself as she continues her spiraling motions. This really is not normal.
«I DO NOT RECALL ANY INDIVIDUALS WITH THAT TITLE DEPLOYED IN THE AREA. ARE YOU A NEW ARRIVAL?»
«YOU ARE SO VERY MUCH LIKE ME!»
Rey proclaims in what Rho thinks is a gleeful manner?
«WHO WERE YOUR CREATORS?»
"Creators?" Rho crinkles his snout, "You mean my parents?"
«YES. YOUR ASSIGNED PARENTAL UNITS.»
Rho wishes that he could go somewhere without Rey following him. He sighs heavily. Polite and courteous, just like his parents. Polite. And. Courteous.
The clan calls her Rey-- short and sweet, yet alien, almost as if it belongs in another galaxy-- but you're not sure what to make of that (especially since she seems to have added another symbol to the beginning of her name).
Her eyes aren't eyes, really. They glow, like gateways or lost stars. The markings across her body pulse and writhe, and her motions are strange, even for a Spiral. γ-ray can never seem to tie herself in knots, some clan members swearing that she can phase through virtually anything-- including herself.

Are you hearing the voice aloud or in your mind? It weaves in and out of existence, though somehow you're able to piece the sounds together coherently.
