______ Areva is the middle child of Suncore and Amonix of Clan Aphaster, and the only daughter. Suncore is a living solar battery. She never stops charging, and she can decide how much of this stored energy she releases at a time. Highly intelligent, but since her affinity for solar power is innate she tends to have difficulty with highly technical discussion (which infuriated Amonix when they first met, but normal dragons like her explanations far better than he did).

______ Amonix is a photovoltaic engineer who perfected the magi-tech to store and disperse solar energy through a combination of solar panels and runes the same way Suncore stores and releases it through magic. By studying Suncore and merging their lightning and light disciplines he was able to engineer a system that could channel Suncore’s energy into power, which was both beneficial to .

______ Together they run the Leyline Solar Farm and oversee the power grids that service Noon Point, Promenade Medical Bay, and the Court of Five Lights. They also run a special grid for Bramble Step Entertainment District. Since their children inherited Suncore’s element, they also inherited her abilities.

______ Inherited great intelligence and practicality (even if she is a bit more devious with her intellect) from both of her parents, inherited Suncore’s ability to constantly absorb solar power and use it at will. Unlike her mother, however, Areva has more potential for using this power for combative magic, and more precision in how she wields her magic.

Areva is named after a multinational group that specializes in nuclear power and renewable energy. Amonix picked it.
