Scoops

After reading the pages of the dread cookbook the Necronomnomnomicon Puff thought that he'd try to make a few new ice-cream flavors. Instead, at the back of his lab there seem to be sentient dessert-based dragons forming!
Scoops is the second in command of the sweet mutants that live beneath Puff's magic kitchen. he's just and fair, but a bit vain and seems to have a near-limitless appetite. He's even able to swallow things that are nearly his own size! Scoops is very approachable though generally, and has a good head on his shoulders and is much better at making fast choices than Truffle will ever be.
Scoops was born from a three tiered ice cream cone consisting of cherry, vanilla, and pistachio, even the cone ended up integrated into his scales when he was created.

Needs:Trail/shimmer (?) and maybe speckle?

Sweet Type: Ice cream. The pale scales resemble a cone, and his colors are that of spumoni ice cream. Cherry, Pistachio, and Vanilla (though isn't the actually mix chocolate? lol don't remember)
