▍A B O U T

These kitsune live in forest depths, hidden deep within shaded woods. They are diverse in number and notoriously elusive, even to other kitsune. They hide in shadows and fog better than any other variant, blending into their forest environment like ghosts. Thought to be related to the Nogitsune, Forest Spirits differ in their extreme reclusive behavior, and have little interest in travelling far beyond the groves they protect and haunt.

Kodama has six tails and is the spirit of a Eucalyptus tree.

NAMESAKE —Kodama are spirits in Japanese folklore that inhabit trees, similar to the dryads of Greek mythology.
