After High Chief Namira announced the clan was going to change into a militia and every dragon was expected to learn how to fight and pull their own weight, he stood by and watched as many of the clan left- even his own parents. He thought it was rather idiotic. The wastelands were a harsh and dangerous place to live. Or, rather, try to live. Quietus offered a safe place and food, and he didn't think their leader was in the wrong for wanting strong dragons behind her to help protect the territory.

Dulais learned quickly and he learned well. Once his training was complete, he became a scout. Rather than patrolling the borders of their territory, he explores the rest of the Plaguelands to back news of what is happening around them. And fish. Dulais greatly enjoys fishing.
