Everest

A dream has the power too poison sleep

Occupation: Dream walker, though he refuses to use this for good use and asking him to use it will usually get you a kick in the teeth.

Personality:
He’s bitter and quiet, easily irritated, and often comes off as hostile. Most times he’s in his cavern of the cave pouring over notes, journals and anything that he can get his hands on. Interrupt him and you’re likely to be snapped at. The only one he’ll listen too is the leader of the clan and even then it’s with about a pound of salt and angry muttering. Sarcasm is often a default too make it clear he has no regard for what you’re saying.

Hobbies:
Aside from using himself as an experiment, He’s commonly seen in the garden working with the more dangerous, and elusive plants. He also takes very long walks and often buries himself in mountains of research.

Likes:
Tea? He doesn't seem too really like anything aside from tea and his familiar.

Dislikes:
When children are being loud, sleeping, being forced into doing stuff with the clan, being bothered, Farath in particular whenever he’s around Everest becomes even more irritable and tries to get out of the room as quickly as possible, when people talk about dreams around him.

Bio:

Everest’s egg was dead and experimented on from the start. The people who did this where an Alchemist and a Necromancer along with their former apprentice. They brought him to life with their magic and from then on he was their creation. He knew nothing outside of tests and magic. Leaving him with an ailment that has no cure. The ailment causes patches of opalescent glowing material too tear to the surface of his skin. They are sensitive and will sometimes ooz a benign poisonous liquid. It also causes a pale green often sickly complexion, and gives him extremely abnormal abilities.

After a missadventure in which he discovered his creator's notes he became enraged and turned on them. Sources vary on what happened but whatever it was lead to his escape. For the longest time he wandered aimlessly, no knowledge of the outside world left him lost and confused. Eventually he was found and taken to a facility where he’d be safe until he could find a home. This is where he met Lucifer and was taken too join the Guardian's clan.

Unfortunately though, upon his arrival at his new home he was met face to face with someone like him. To this day we don’t know why he reacted the way he did, lashing out at the other experiment every time Farath came close. He distances himself from the clan and stays secluded a majority of the time.

Shortly after arriving in the clan a Baku found it’s way into his lair, he found himself incapable of getting rid of the persistent beast. The animal could sense his abilities and began guiding him through the ethereal plane at night.
Later on he also became accompanied by a dream eater. These two beasts stay with him at all times. One to guide him in his ever constant waking hours. And the other silence his mind in the times that he sleeps.

Other Things Too Know:

- Abilities: at night while others are rested in their own dreams everest walks the line between the Living and the Ethereal plane. And at times he can enter the dreams of others making it possible for him too either cause immense nightmares or quel a nightmare much like the Dream eater.
- In moments of extreme emotion his opalescent patches will glow and ooze more than normal
- His mastered the art of hypnotism and can knock people out if he sees fit or finds it convenient.
