Rho's tongue is one of a dragon who is experienced, wise, and likable. He speaks in a manner that draws those in around him, allowing him to swiftly earn the utmost respect from his peers. With such a unique way of speaking, Rho has a way with everyone around him and has learned a crucial skill involved in leading; manipulation. With this skill, he can rally up forces in seconds in order to fight for his cause. He is also incredibly observant, calculating, and equally as strategic in nature. Rho treads carefully but quickly, his umber visionaries and experienced judgment refusing to miss a single detail of a plan regardless of how big or small the issue at hand may be.
All of these traits combined, however, make for an incredibly efficient character; these traits combine to make Rho an incredibly diplomatic force. His unique tone of speech paired up with his calm calculating nature have made him incredibly appealing to the masses. He is empathetic, and always considers the emotions of those around him before taking drastic actions that may immensely impact those around him emotionally or even physically. Because he deals with issues in a diplomatic manner, his solutions usually result in little to no conflict with anyone around him.
But these talents did not magically come to him. They were obtained over the course of his lifetime; through tedious tasks that made him experienced in dealing with these issues. None of these strengths were skills that were obtained from pure luck, immense training, or just talents he was born with. These skills were all derived from and formed by the same source; Rho's unique mind. His mind is constantly racing a thousand miles a minute, coming up with solutions and addressing several problems. Issues that other leaders would take months to solve could be resolved in just a few days by Rho alone.
Rho often uses these talents of his in the majority of situations he gets into and desires to solve. These talents allow for Rho to rarely ever resort to bloodshed; which is something he worries about frequently. These skills have managed to keep him out of troubles that involve such acts of violence, however, even if it were to resort to bloodshed, he himself would rarely get involved in the crossfire. He would instead let his beloved mate, Reine, paired up with her pack of Imperial hounds to deal with any threat that desires the shedding of blood, something they immensely enjoy themselves. While this may seem cowardly to others, Reine and Rho's personalities bond together like paper to glue. Rho's speedy surveying of situations paired up with Reine and her hounds brute strength is often more than enough to solve any situation that poses a threat to the clan that Rho himself leads.
Growing up, Rho did not have a parental figure. He was a progen; a dragon formed to found a brand new clan. A new clan with a new government, new rules, and a clan to bring new dragons to serve under the Earthshaker. Upon forming within this homeland, he chose his mate quickly, his beloved Reine. It seemed that they were to be bound to each other, regardless of if one of them was sent off to serve the Earthshaker or not. Rho declared that with his judgment, he would be a fit leader and Reine would be his second-in-command; and rightfully so. With the decisions made and the judgment cleared, Rho and Reine quickly got to work on the very successful clan and well cared for Rho now leads today.
