s t o r y

Years before the Anemoi were founded, Delonix, along with his partner, Illustris founded their own clan. They went by different names, then, though no one remembers their true names. Back then, they were simply dragons with no other purpose other than to live their lives and build their clan.

When the world of Sornieth got thrown into Chaos through the missing Tidelord and the Gods' own issues, Delonix found himself and his clan in an... interesting position. The seasons still needed changing, crops still needed to be planted, harvests still needed to happen. He didn't want the world he lived in to be thrown into further turmoil. He, with the support of his clan, stepped up to be the first Herald. As summer ended, he'd make a grand flight across Sorneith, Autumn following on his wing, and again for the biting winds of Winter.

Now, Delonix, along with his ever-loyal partner, rule over the Anemoi, a group of clans who all follow his lead as the First Herald. The Anemoi are not gods. They have no greater powers other than those granted to dragon-kind as a whole, aside from their status of season-changers. With them come the seasons, keeping the balance of the world.

Delonix now presides over the harvest season, bringing bountiful harvests to those who give offerings or celebrate festivals for his favor, Beastclans and Dragon-kind alike.
