No one really knows how Zuraellis ended up in Sanctuary. Some jokingly say, he sniffed out opportunity and slipped through the cracks of the citadel wall. Quite quickly, however, he made a notable position for himself, so most of the night children take his opinion into account and respect him. Despite being rather miserable warrior, he's excellent craftman and takes pride in his alchemy skills, so naturally it didn't take long, till he's got Elithea's attention. Black Mother seems to cherish his company and along these years he earned enough of her trust, to be placed as member of honorable Myriad Sindicate.
Unfortunately for him he's not the only alchemist of Sanctuary and the unresolved question about who is better artificer, casts a shadow over his soul. It's not like he hates Camarillan, it's just the Imp's unjustified sense of superiority and that provoking style he presents, whenever he's around. He's just so over the top, always bragging about his achievements, but let's be honest, it's only because he happened to be born in wealthy family, he's not even that good.
