personality history Psiren was brought to the lair as an egg. The clan thought that the egg, being a giant chunk of ice, had come directly from the Southern Icefield, but when it hatched they were clearly wrong. The hatchling inside radiated with a soft green glow. It was at that point that Moab explained that he had actually picked up the egg from a trader on the edge of the Wasteland so maybe the egg had been contaminated? He nonchalantly apologised for that and walked away. Vasanth took the hatchling in for a few days to determine if he was indeed radioactive, and determined that the glow coming off of him would not affect any one around him. Psiren was then named and brought back to the nursery with the other two hatchlings that the clan had decided to adopt from the clan's anniversary hatching party. Psiren grew up as a guardian, knowing that one day he would become a wildclaw. The other two hatchlings talked about what they would become - breeds whose scrolls were much easier to come by. He sighed and supposed that he would have to wait months, perhaps years, before he could become what he was meant to be. Eypre watched him scuff around the nursery, and then around the lair in general after he had grown. She dug through the storeroom, thinking that she had, yes, there it was. A treasure from a previous time, buried in the vault for a time such as this. Eypre called Psiren to the opening of the storeroom (he was too big to fit inside) and applied the scroll to his foot. He was surprised, then he started to tingle. He was soon smaller, and more sleek. He started racing around the lair, screeching happily. His screeching attracted the attention of LILSCREECHER - but that's a story for another time. known affiliates |
