Biography

Sandswept Delta can be a little bit tricky, but it's honestly nowhere near as bad as Scorched Forest. Just do what you have to do to win, like normal. If you haven't gone to Scorched Forest yet, you can always go back that way and give it a try.
LEVEL 10 (21526 EXP):
Mages: 52 INT
Paladins: 52 STR
LEVEL 11 (27676 EXP):
Mages: 57 INT
Paladins: 57 STR

Now that we're at Level 11 and our stat points are allocated, we have a couple of options, depending on the build you're going for.

Rally: A number of builds rely on rally in order to increase the strength of your dragons. It's also handy in the sense that it builds breath. A lot of mages and paladins both have rally. Rally should be used on paladins, despite both being able to use it (since paladins are strength based).

Haste: A number of builds rely on haste in order to increase the quickness of your dragons. It's also handy in the sense that it builds breath.

Sap: A number of builds rely on sap. It consumes breath, but it damages enemies and allows you to regain a little bit of health.

Tank Mage: If you're planning on using the Tank Mage build, this is where you would add either aid or regeneration, depending on what stone you added at level 5.

I personally prioritize rally, but if you don't have any rally stones, haste will be acceptable as well. You also don't have to add any of these stones yet if you don't have them. If you don't have a healing mage on your team, you would want to consider adding sap to your dragons to keep their health up. You'll still be able to progress through the coliseum without them. Once you have any stones set that you'd like to use, we can continue on to Blooming Grove, my second most hated venue (because it never drops me anything good).

Blooming Grove is actually going to be pretty smooth once you have your team all decked out with their cool new abilities. You can still fight like normal, but now you can heal your dragons (if you added sap) if they take damage without having to use any potions (if you decided to go mageless) and, in some cases, you can even pull of a rally + eliminate, taking out the first enemy within two moves and subsequent enemies in one each.

This is also the first venue in which you encounter boss battles. I recommend refreshing the page when you encounter boss battles, especially if your dragons are not at full breath and/or have low health. I know having to start over with building your breath sucks, but it's better than suffering a defeat and taking a hunger penalty (in my opinion, anyway).

LEVEL 12 (34,264 EXP):
Mages: 30 QCK / 60 INT
Paladins: 60 STR / 30 QCK
boop
Now we're ready to move on to our next venue, Forgotten Cave. I personally find this venue rather boring and there is another slight jump here (not as bad as Scorched Forest, but still noticeable), so there's no harm in staying in Blooming Grove for some better drops or an easier time.

Forgotten Cave does give you a little spike in difficulty, but it's pretty minor. I personally wasn't happy with the drops here or the slight difficulty, so I chose to stay in Blooming Grove, but it really doesn't matter here. You can always go back if you're not happy with this venue.
LEVEL 13 (38956 EXP):
Mages: 35 QCK / 64 INT

With Forgotten Cave out of the way, we can now move along to our next venue - Bamboo Falls. At this point, the venues should actually be feeling the same in difficulty.
