Ulliam is a waiter at the Harbors main inn and tavern, butling for the guests of the inn and serving food and drink to those in the tavern. While he is a very cordial and polite member of the waitstaff his expressions are stone like, very calm and neutral at all times his stoicism can put others off. Long ago in the land of the Windsinger Ulliam was moved to a large and bustling clan, he was raised by his father to follow in his footsteps. His father was an incredibly stern dragon who wanted only the best but Ulliam never resented him for his harsh teachings, he only wanted to make his father proud so he tried harder every training session. His father was a court assassin, devoted to the protection of the royal family of their previous clan Ulliam was brought up to take over when his father retires, taught not only how to serve royalty with everyday mundane activities such as cleaning, meal prep, and pleasantries Ulliam also became a hidden weapons master, knives deftly concealed on his person he can sneak these blades in seemingly anywhere. Ulliam was and still is deathly loyal to the royal family of his previous clan, he openly expresses his warm memories of them, the royals while arrogant were always kind to Ulliam. Good dragons. Only few let their nobility go to their heads. Many of his new work mates ask him why he left if he was so happy there, Ulliam will usually deflect the question but the truth is the constant harassment he received from one of the clans princes and the discovery of deeply seeded corruption was the catalyst for Ulliam's downfall. Nobles and and even some members of the royal family were plotting to overthrow and usurp the king, getting rid of anyone who discovered them or sided with the true king, Ulliam tried to shine light on their treason but his warnings weren't heeded, instead he was branded the traitor and forced from his home. He then traveled the lands until he settled here, at the Frost Barren Peak, he held no secrets from his new employer and explained his previous occupation and reputation in full detail. Favoring his honestly Ulliam was allowed to stay in the inn and he now works as a butler at the Harbors most popular and ever busy tavern and inn. As of now only his new boss Enric knows of Ulliam's skills, because of this he will rarely send for him to fight in defense of the inn. His fighting style is masterful and truly a sight to see. Ulliam is a good co-worker and friend, getting to know his fellow waitstaff, a dragon he easily got along with is Fellen, he and Fellen hit it off quickly, Fellen is a kind soul, one who understand Ulliam. He lets him vent and he in turn helps him with his work. Carrying large crates or cleaning big dens. Much to Ulliam's dismay the prince who was responsible for his tormenting has found his way to the Frost Barren Peak, currently staying at their inn he prays the prince doesn't recognize him, he has gotten Fellen or others to serve him whenever he arrives trying his best to avoid him. Which Fellen finds strange, the prince he has been working for seems like a friendly and warm dragon and the horror stories Ulliam tells of him seem completely unfitting. But as always Fellen remains cautious. |

Ulliam felt a gentle but massive claw hold his shoulder, pulling him back. Craning his neck he saw the stern expression of Enric, his boss, standing behind him.
He faced him, talons sliding off his shoulder to rest back to the ground “Yes sir?” he asked, adjusting the tray he held carefully.
Enric gave the waiter a quick once over “You've been working too hard, go rest for the night. I'll finish up tonight.”
Ulliam blinked rapidly before quickly shaking his head “I'm fine sir it-” “It's a slow night, go.” he said before nudging the Wildclaw forward and towards the door.
With pushing claws flat against his back Ulliam tried to look Enric's way “But-” “No buts Ulliam, listen to me. Go home, get rest, come back in the morning.” he finished right as they got the tavern door “Give you're self a break.”
Ulliam met his eye briefly “Thank you, sir.”
With a small smile stretching across his maw Enric gave a slow nod “Goodnight Ulliam.”

A massive port at the edge of the city where airships dock to enter, many homes, taverns, stores, and buildings have been erected to make this area more lively due to the growing population.
This is a casual place, everything seems lax, even the laws. Be careful, not many guard patrol this area making it a bit dangerous if you don't head straight to the Commons.
