Biography

580.png
Hatchlinghood
She never quite got the idea of how camouflage is supposed to work. Yes, most of her body is a dark, smoky black that can rival the darkest hours of night, but her brilliant white wings and crest stand out sharply. This has gotten her in trouble more than once, usually in the form of trying to sneak up on her siblings, only to end up wrestled beneath them when they somehow saw her coming. They must've been cheating. At least the plants can't run from her. Maybe she'll plant a little garden when she's older!

Lesser Lair
The smallest of her siblings, Gweneth clings to Periwinkle like glue. She routinely pesters the mirror dragon to take her on hunts, and usually she relents and teaches her how to stalk and ambush. For now, Gweneth has great trouble doing what comes naturally to Periwinkle, but can still catch the occasional raccoon or bat. At other times she watches amazed as the light dragon tutoring her effortlessly stalks through the undergrowth to bring down prey. She'll keep trying until she's just as good as her reclusive mentor; this she swears.

Mighty Lair
She'll never forget the first time Periwinkle, painted in dark colors, walked by Gweneth's catch and muttered a terse, "Good work." She was over the moon! After all her training and efforts, Periwinkle finally acknowledged her success. Sure it was in typical Periwinkle gruffness, but still!

But as happy as she is out on the hunt, Gweneth always has the clan to return to. Where it's so quiet, and lonely. So many people have found mates, someone to hug them and hold them at night. But not her. She's so lonely, and it tears at her heart. Maybe she should do something about that...
