Pysanky runs a small pastry shop on the edge of the PhoenixNest clan's territory, which is popular with neighboring clans, and while she's quite busy with that, she's also well known as the unofficial clan therapist. If anyone in the clan has a problem, they come to her pastry shop and she'll usher them into the cozy back room, offer them a cup of tea and a pastry, and ask them what's wrong. At this point she's helped over half the clan with various problems, plus once the neighboring clans learned of this they began asking if they could talk to her. She doesn't really do much, just sit and listen and occasionally ask a crucial question, but for many dragons it's exactly what they need.
