“Mark has been pretty quiet since the attack. While he is mostly quiet, he’s been a bad kind of quiet. He used to be cheerful and constantly wanting to play, now he’s just hollow, always silent and doing what others ask without question. It’s heartbreaking really, to see the large child of a dragon break into a lost shell. I’m not even sure if he’s been eating since the attack, he just stares at his food until everyone looks away. From the corner of my eye I was able to see him take off his mask, he looked almost as scarred as Cottoncandy. The poor kid, it’s almost like he symbolizes the overall state of things.
