Onshi is a member and frequent patron of Trader's Port, the trading hub not far from the docks and settled into the large mountain, under the waterfall that flows across the path. His stall is often packed with gold, gems, and jewelry of all types. He barters and trades for materials to create more of his materials, and will appraise gems and materials for a small fee, and make an offer when applicable. He is soft-spoken and more inclined to listen than speak, but he knows how to command a room when necessary. He can be stubborn where it counts, but is otherwise uncaring, preferring to not get wrapped up in affairs he has no stake in. He takes his craft very seriously and considers it of the greatest importance to himself, though he understands that not everyone shares the same drive for their work. Hailing from the border of the Sea of a Thousand currents and Ashfall wastes, Onshi was born in the water there but raised by the expert metalworkers of the Ashfall wastes, where he picked up his craft. Preferring the finer details of the art, he slowly drifted away from the weapons crafting, first creating extremely ornate weapons and armor, and slowly moving into smaller and smaller pieces, ending where he is now. With the jewelry not selling well in the Wastes, he wanted for a while before stumbling upon the port establishment where he now resides. With enough traffic from ships and inland travelers, his wares sold well enough that he requested permission to stay and establish a shop. His workshop and home are underwater, in the bay a small distance from the main establishment, and he brings his wares to the Trader's Port whenever a large ship or fleet is expected to arrive, though he will also sell right from his workshop when an unexpected customer arrives. He is quite large, even for an imperial, though he does not have any wings or even fur like others of his kind. A large, thin fin runs down his back in place of wings, and fins adorn his body where there would otherwise be fur, including a large fish fun on the tip of his tail. His scales are small and delicate, which easily reflect light and often make him appear to sparkle in strong sunlight. They are very thin and don't offer much protection against anything.
