Though beautiful, Rose has never been one to sit back and let others do work she could be helping on. She loves any chance she can get to go out fishing, and enjoys a chance to soar on the hot columns of desert air reminiscent of the wild skies of her former home, the Reedcleft Ascent. She often talks about her life growing up among the reeds, and her decision to leave home and settle down in a new world.

Rose coordinates and manages much of the education system in the Chasm. She contacts learned dragons in the clan to see their interest in lecturing in their preferred subject. She also helps organize mentorships between dragons who work better in one-on-one scenarios. The student base in the Chasm spans across all age ranges, but is also not a hatchlingsitting service. Registration is not closed, meaning all students can attend whatever lectures they wish, but contacting Rose lets dragons get a schedule that works coherently with all subjects they wish to pursue.
