As a hatchling, Threve and her family were constantly moving and changing clans. It was all she ever knew. Her older brothers and sisters told her it was because her Mother had declined a duel, the family had been disgraced. No matter how often Threve questioned and proded, they refused to talk about the incident and they were on the run since. Every time they came in contact with other Wildclaws, they were instantly shunned or driven off.

It came as no surprise that as Threve got older, she became more teritorial. She swore she would never be weak and she would never be afraid to battle. She began to practice fighting and there was many times when she would come back to her family bloody and bitten. Yet, no matter the odds, Threve never gave up and she never lost a fight.

Finally, her family had enough of running and they chose to serve under their deity. Threve wanted nothing to do with this and with a final farewell, she left them forever. Yet, her wild spirit prevented her from settling down in a clan.

Eventually, Threve came to the large expanse of the Southern Ice Field. Naturally, she loved the ability to hunt and run as much as she wanted. While hunting, Threve came across a clan that welcomed her and gave her a position as a Coliseum fighter. She was initially cautious but grew to enjoy the companionship of these strange dragons. While she stayed for some periods of time, she couldn't stay for long as she loved patroling the borders of the clan and protecting her fellow clanmates.
