Biography

***Tatters***tumblr_o2wq01MvnL1ulofs2o7_500.png
"The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death"
BwyScT2.gifBwyScT2.gif „You are getting worse.“ the words spoken without much emotion by the pale Coatl sitting next to him made Tatters cringe. “Don’t you think I know that!” he spat angrily. Morvyn narrowed his eyes and hissed menacingly. But Tatters knew it would be folly to pick a fight with him. He just shrugged and got up, hoping that mad brute wouldn’t just attack him from behind. As he moved away slowly, he tried to hide the shaking of his legs as good as he could, but he wasn’t sure if he did it very well. He sighed in relieve as he finally passed into the shade of the forest and out of view.

Trembling, he sank down beneath a huge old oak tree. Its bark was covered in moss and still warm from the day’s heat. He felt strangely comforted by the tree, maybe because it was a living being that did not either pity him or shy away in fear and disgust. Realizing the irony of a Plague dragon feeling consoled by a tree he broke out into hoarse laughter that quickly became a cough. Maybe it wasn’t that much comfort after all as the pollen from trees and other green things flying around surely contributed to the degrading of his lungs. But this was a beautiful place do die he thought. Everything was brimming with life, lush and green. And the vibrant colors of the blooming flowers, he had never seen such richness in his homeland. His homeland had only brought him sickness and pain.

Maybe he should move out of the coatl grove. Get away from his sick brethren and settle down somewhere where no red eyes constantly reminded him of his birthplace. He could find himself one of those hollow trees. Like Dandelion had. That thought was strangely invigorating. He pulled himself up, suppressing another coughing fit. Staggering slightly, he set on a path deeper into the Shrieking Wilds. If he didn’t stray from the paths, he should be fine. No wild beasts were supposed to roam so close to the Clan’s center. At least he hoped so, you never knew of course. But if he met one, at least his death would be swift.
