Corela

Some might call Corela high-strung--but never within her earshot! Meticulous, particular, and precise, she has a very rigid plan for what she wants in her life, and it would take a lot of bribery to get her to sway from it. She is fond of all things beautiful, most of all herself, and takes it as a personal attack whenever anyone is more beautiful than her--except for her mate, Idris. In her younger days she was betrothed to another, but from the first moment she laid eyes on Idris, she knew only he could ever be her equal. The betrothal was ended with no sour feelings on either side, and Corela flew to Idris's side, never to leave. She is currently in a frenzy over Mariposa, who has won the clan's Most Beautiful award several years running, leaving Corela in second place--and second place is, after all, the first loser. Corela is often found arguing with her familiar or gazing dreamily at an object of beauty--her reflection or Idris. Her immediate goals are to start a beautiful family, amass a great deal of riches, and find apparel that will help regain her title of Most Beautiful.
