Originating from the light flight, Flameheart is highly academic. He specializes in the supernatural because of his natural gift to speak with the dead. He believes that no one else can see them, and only a few other members of the lair can actually hear them, but Flameheart insists he is the best at it. In reality, Flameheart is a con-artist. He has never seen, heard, or believed that the dead return. In this lair, that is an intentionally ignorant belief. Not only are there real mediums in the lair, but there are even a few lingering spirits wandering about. But Flameheart is a Light dragon, he pursues the truth, and one downside of being a philosopher is when you believe something is the truth and to believe something else is illogical, it's hard to have your mind changed. So despite the dead walking among them, Flameheart continues to believe they do not exist.

In the mean time, Flameheart has a lucrative business faking his ability to talk to the dead. Despite his intentional ignorance about certain matters, he is rather detail-oriented, a master at picking up on the little things that make his job happen. Giving dragons the answers they want, the ability to talk to their loved ones, that is what they pay him for and that is what he gives them.

The dragons in this lair do not take Flameheart seriously. Very few of them ever seek his services, mainly because Plague dragons don't often concern themselves with the dead, but most of the dragons who live near Flameheart know he is a fraud. They also mock him frequently for his disbelief, when most have encountered the lingering spirits.
