Shadow representative

Mortimer is perhaps the worst of the representatives. He's a grumpy and manipulative dragon who doesn't have many friends outside of the other representatives. He intends to overrun the clan and eventually take leadership away from WindSong, but he hasn't had much luck. In his spare time he plays cards with outsiders and cheats them out of their money with his loaded deck.
