Her origins calling from the Southern Icefield, Glaecys is a bit far from her home--though, considering how searching for their Charge can lead Guardians to the farthermost reaches of the world, such a thing is not quite shocking.

Knowing that she would not find what she was looking for in the Icewaren's realm, the Guardian eventually traveled to the lands of the Flamecaller, to a clan named Sgail Lasair, where she stayed a while before moving on to the Sea of a Thousand Currents.

...Little did she know it, but one of her fellow clanmates in Fire Flight would also have made their way to the very Water Flight clan Glaecys herself would end up in; it would end up a pleasant surprise indeed to see the familiar face of Imperial scholar and warrior, Vervada, among strangers.

Not long after her arrival in Lamaris, it became clear the the female that the Charge she had been looking for was not an individual, but an entire clan. Henceforth, she became known as "Glaecys," and spent her days aiding Myrra, Aegarys, and the rest in protecting Lapis Mare from Beastclans--or otherwise.

Training under Vervada, the clan's Captain of the Guards, Glaecys quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Imperial's second in command, and should anything happen to her, the Guardian would take control of the role.

And if anyone were the best fit for the position--other than Vervada, of course--it would be Glaceys. The serious, no nonsense female was able to keep anyone in line--be they hatchlings...or a few of Lamaris’ more childish adults.
