Lore Info

Faction Names:
  • The names of the factions developed over time, and while some names are based on location, others are based on beliefs
  • Factions usually have more than one name, depending on who is referring to it. Some dragons call Augustus' faction The Peace, and others have named it Pax.

Faction Locations:
  • While the old clan was located in the Southern Icefield, the factions are now spread across the entirety of Sornieth

The Old Clan:
  • Before the factions were established, dragons resided in the old clan, also known as The Coalition
  • The clan was made up of three parties, each with its own leader; the parties struggled to agree with one another, and due to a loss of balance within The Coalition, the parties were divided into factions
  • Not all dragons chose to become part of a faction, and these dragons are known as Impartials; they live on their own or in small groups, and offer their services to all dragons

New factions:
  • Occasionally, dragons leave their faction to become an Impartial or to create a faction of their own
  • There are now eight factions and counting; while some of them only contain a few members, others are full of dragons of all shapes and sizes
