Biography
 TRAIPS "At your service, your neighborhood Thundercrack Knight!" pronouns: they/them, she/her. orientation: nonbinary, asexual. alignment: lawful good. name means "speckle" in latvian. biography Traips, as a Thundercrack Knight, has to be big. In size, yes, of course (they're all Ridgebacks, so of course they're physically big), but moreso in personality and enthusiasm. During one of their first Thundercrack Carnivales, Traips' clanmates - few but mighty - encouraged her to enter in the running for the new initiative begun by the Stormcatcher that year. Thundercrack Knights were to be ambassadors for the Flight, partake in celebrations and help preserve the peace as dragonkind came to visit the Expanse for their holiday, and spend the rest of the year guarding their clans and being sentinels of the Spire. Most enticing, though, would be granted special cybernetic armor, which had the ability to summon a magical spear made of lightning. Could she do it? Yes, but should she? That's what they grappled with. They perceived themselves to be "just another Lightning Ridgeback," one of the few members of a fledgling clan who would never in anyone's wildest dreams win some sort of contest like this. But with approval from her clan leader, a young Traips bit back their fear and entered - and won. Their sheer enthusiasm, their whip-like wit, and extremely personable disposition took her through each phase (public speaking, tour guiding, and combat, among others) with confidence. In fact, that's what she began to radiate over those weeks of the Carnivale: Confidence. And it stuck. It was her confidence and willingness to put herself and her clan out there that brought the likes of Mokutan, Obara, and Mandariini to the clan. Now, she spends her days looking ever forward to next Thundercrack, as well as coordinating business within the clan.
