Yong

Back in his first life Yong was a casanova. No female dragon could resist him, and how could they since he was not only the most handsome Imperial of them all, but also the most kind and gentle, a dream mate for any lady. The oldest clan members recall him being followed by a small harem of females longning for his attention. The one who recieved it was a small Imperial hatchling abandoned in the woods. Yong took her in and raised her, and when she grew up Selena became his mate and they had many gorgeous hatchlings. These were the golden days, as he was also loved by his clan mates and had truly nothing to wish for.

Disaster struck during the 2014 Thundercrack Carnivale. Yong was hit and killed by a lightning bolt. However, since it was lightning that took his life, Selena realised perhaps lightning can give it back and so she begged the clan's engineers and alchemists to resurrect her beloved. Eventually, Mariandra, Calanthe and Surge managed the impossible. With the help of Lightnings Priests they cought Yong's fleeing spirit and placed it in a skin made of metal and lightning that kept Yong alive.

Unfortunately the old Yong and the ressurected one where far from same. The new Yong was magestic and yet brooding, hiddden and mysterious, not the one Selena fell in love with. After living with this new and strange version of her old beloved Selena lost hope of him ever being the same and is now considering leaving the clan.
