Arsinoe

Poisoner Extraordinaire

Born as a Skydancer, Arsinoe never really fit in with the Nature clan she was raised in. While her family studied herbal healing remedies, she was more interested in darker plants. Ones that caused convulsions, paralysis, blindness, even death. Despite efforts to curb her strange fascination, she only grew closer to her dangerous hobby.

One day the clan leader's only daughter, a curious Pearlcatcher hatchling, wandered into Arsinoe's garden. Ignoring the warnings painted all around, she helped herself to a bush full of plump red berries. By the time her mother found her, it was too late.

Outraged, the clan leader blamed Arsinoe for his daughter's death. He set fire to her garden and banished her from the clan. The clan leader declared that Arsinoe was to be driven into the Scarred Wasteland, the only place murderers belonged. She was forced to flee and fend for herself.

Arsinoe ran from them, and traveled deep into the Wasteland. Unaccustomed to the barrenness and heat, she quickly found her strength failing. She collapsed in the dirt, her only though being how thirsty she was. In her delirious state, a voice came to her.

"Your time in my sister's domain is finished. Now, you shall begin anew, in the Wasteland."

When she awoke, she found her strength renewed. As Arsinoe stood, she found she was no longer a Skydancer, but transformed into a Mirror dragon. She whooped and cheered for her savior and took off across the waste with new vigor. It wasn't long until she found a Plague clan, and was highly admired for her skill with toxins. She happily chose to stay, and to create new poisons for the sake of her new clan.
