Biography

"I'm pretty sure you can't out swim the coast guard!"

A young and eager Lieutenant of the 3rd Street saints, Carlos won his way into the gang by helping the Boss escape from prison when they woke up from their coma.

Willing to show their loyalty, they were down for any and every one of the Boss' plans. They even got themselves shanked in the beginning, just to get close to them.

However, like many gang land dreams, things ended in tragedy for Carlos.

When it came to investigating and reporting on the Brotherhood, revenge schemes went too far when Jessica had Carlos kidnapped then dragged to his death behind a truck.

Luckily, dragons can fly and things aren't what they used to be. Saints Row, Earth Row.

It's good to have Carlos in the Flight.
