Milk not only makes various cheeses, but she harvests the milk herself with her herd of goats and moobeasts she brought with her to the lair. It's hard to keep them fed, but at least her clanmates can eat the surplus.

She keeps the milk in a special sac in her stomach, to be regurgitated later as butter or cheese, depending on how long it was left to ferment and with what other ingredients. A lot of dragons might find this unhygienic, but they can't argue that it's not delicious.

Her familiar Prince helps to keep vermin out of her stores.
