Lithe and powerful, with a fiery temper to boot, Lyra is perfectly suited to life on the battlefield. Despite being the younger of the two, she tends to drag her sister An with her wherever ehe goes. Lyra is the leader of the Sunguard coliseum team, followed by her siblings An and Nero. When Nero left to pursue his music career, Lyra recruited his younger sister, Opal, to the cause.

In search of a higher purpose in life than minding a minor Light clan, Lyra had high hopes for her team to be exalted in time for the August battle against Shadow. When the date of the battle came and went, and the grand Battle Royale after that, she grew disheartened by Geneva's refusal to deploy the trio. Now, as the clan has grown and there are rumblings of dissent among their ranks, Lyra suspects that her Matriarch may have strong reasons for keeping a cadre of loyal Light dragons close.

Lyra recently took over command of the clan's Warcat protectors. Together, she and Marco oversee the island's non-draconic defensive measures. During Thundercrack Carnivale of 2015, Lyra found an abandoned Tigerblood Foo cub while hunting around the Bamboo waterfalls. No larger than the palm of one hand, she immediately scooped him up and brought it back home, tucked in the folds of her scarf to keep it warm during the long flight.
