Halla is in charge of the clan's warriors and hunters. Her cold and rational additude might seem off-putting but makes her an exceptional strategist, always keeping a cool head and staying in control. She always acts in the clans best interest and respects Akkous priorities, always trying to find non-violent solutions to every problem, despite maybe having a different view on the situation.
At the end of the day she might not be the most popular dragon of the clan but she is respected and lives a good life.
