One day a traveling wizard came to my caretaker's nesting grounds and adopted me because of my lighter purple color in contrast to my siblings' dark shade of purple of their scales. A little while later she realized that I was the only one of my siblings that got my unusual genes and Rune patterns on my scales. The wizard loved anything to do with constellations and plants and her father was a wizard that specialized in star magic so she knew so many things about the stars. Because of my unusual genes Royal Jupiter and Smoke Saturn she said that I was an unusual dragon as if the Roman gods Saturn and Jupiter decided me to be born like this, something that they both gifted to me.
However my mother is also like me so I couldn't understand why the wizard said that. The wizard decided to look into my ancestry and saw that in my family every 2 generations it would be female then 3 generations male and sometimes 3 generations female would have these genes and saw that they also between their siblings they would be the only ones with those genes. Some of those dragons were kept by other wizards and decided that It was meant to be that she found me and put me under her care.
She's currently deciding a name for me but whatever name she gives me I'm sure I'll love it
