Nebulae is perhaps one of the stranger daytime dragons around, not counting Tiange himself. As a youngling, Nebulae was raised by the now-deceased Roseria, a lovely pink coatl who specialized in clothes design. He lived a lovely upbringing, loved, and cared for by his adoptive mother, even learning her trade. Unfortunately, not all things last forever.

Nebulae was always precariously curious and became fascinated in the large crystals scattered around the Arcane territory he grew up in. At first, this was in moderation, with the occasional stroll or interworking in designs of his. When Roseria passed away without warning, though, this intrigue quickly spiraled into an obsession. Distraught with his mother's passing, he threw himself wholeheartedly into any distraction he could find- one such being the crystals he had grew up pondering. However, Arcane magic is dangerous for non-Arcane dragons, and Nebulae never was truly Arcane. What happened to him between his mother's passing and the following weeks go undetailed by him, but one thing is certain: the crystals growing through his scales were not always there.
