Most commonly known as just Cera, Loincera is brothers with two other male Coatls, the three together being identical triplets. Cera is a very quiet dragon, in fact one can call him selectively mute, only preferring to talk in the most comfortable moments and with his brothers.

Cera is very calculated, able to take in things with a broad understanding before focusing on a single, perfect solution. He can be picky with his decisions, though, and it takes him a while to decide on one thing.

He's the adopted father to Emilio. Cera found the opalescent red egg during one of his travels to collect supplies, and felt sympathy for the cheaply priced egg. He purchased it and swore to be a wonderful parent that its blood parents could not supply, and though it was hard work, he did keep his promise and still does to this day.
Despite being quiet and to himself, he's shown to be more outgoing with his son, and speaks more with him. All of his brothers love to tease and poke fun at him for this, and all Cera does is roll his eyes in response.
