Next to the sea, in front of the Shoredeep Presage, located near the rocks below; The Clan of Waiting resides in the slums of Cinderslag.
The dragons from the clan don't typically meet the rugged-blacksmith Fire Clan standards. They are often labeled as delicate, weak and not 'loyal' enough to the Flamecaller's industry.
There's tension between the hard-workers in Cinderslag, and the causal carefree dragons in the clan. You'd often catch a dragon from the Clan of Waiting lounging on a chair, with a refreshing drink in their talons, as they watch dragons from other Fire clans breaking sweat by mining minerals, and forging tools.
Majority of the dragons in the clan are oblivious to things going on around them. They steer clear from the Magmablood Rebellion, and don't get along too well with other clans. Although they do have a few alliances from outside the Ashfall Waste, and many clients who come visit their lair.

The Clan of Waiting's huge ramshackle building is on a hill towering above Cinderslag, with a massive steaming body of water sitting at the back. A bathhouse, a spa, it's something along those lines. They call it: the Hourglass Hotsprings.
Despite the rusty exterior, inside, the lair is a dwelling paradise. An indoor flower garden accompanied by tropical-blue pools that are located inside and outside the structure; the various volcanos accompanying the view.
Rejuvenating steam from the geothermally heated springs fill the many rooms of the spa-like bathhouse. Mudpits and warm waters sooth dragons' sore muscles and alleviates stress. aroma oils and herbs are displayed on the countless shelves, decorated with flower petals and garland within the rustic building.
The members of the clan work together to operate the Hourglass Hotspings. They used the water claimed from the sea next to the cliff below. They had turned Fire's scorching territory to their advantage. Business has been booming for the clan ever since.
