Firescale

Name Origin: A reddish stain that appears on sterling silver when the metal is heated to high temperatures by fire.

Firescale is a fascinating Wildclaw. He has some of his genetic tendencies (such as a vested interest in hunting meat, a penchant for stubbornness, a somewhat-dark sense of humor), but having been raised by Tundra dragons puts an interesting spin on things. He does eat some greenery, holds a grudge like nobody's business, and tends to remember friends by scent and not by face (just like the Tundra species).
He's remarkably amiable and boy, does all that throw other dragons for a loop!
Mordred and Maleficent think he's hollow between the ears. They've tried multiple times to make him "remember his true heritage", but they tend to freak him out instead.
