Rheic has spent a long time sticking her claws into things that others would prefer left alone. Other times she would sit back and watch while neighboring clans were destroyed from within. More often, she prefers to do the latter. However, Rheic has a rather ruthless point of view, and if she decides to meddle, there's a good chance it may not survive.

To her current clan, her age is completely unknown, though the way she moves and views the world have made others believe she's the oldest being among them.

A seer of sorts, Rheic will sometimes glimpse the different paths and effects another may have, but this ability has been corrupted by the vast amount of time spent in the foul waterways beneath the Scarred Wastelands. It's rare for any of her predictions to have clarity, as her core magic's nature is conflicted between Water and Plague.

Rheic is in charge of False Haven, ruling jointly with Yazva. An agreement that only occurred because she needed the extra muscle to back up her magic and vice versa in order to escape imprisonment. The others that escaped with them were just coincidence, one that she is happy enough to exploit.

Her origin is a murky haze, one that she keeps vague on purpose.

Rheic spent some time in the Greatwyrm's Breach as a young adult, though she never truly joined up with a clan. She did, however, spend her days lurking near one in particular. Located in the southern canyons close to Plague's border were the Blood Cliffs, and she watched as one clan after another occupied an old lair, only to be slain by the ghosts that resided within. Being the only water-born in the area had its advantages, as did being a recluse. Her private lair was hidden in the river bend below the water line, a place that was overlooked by those that destroyed the clan above her.

Time passed as she expanded her underwater lair, eventually discovering a collection of tunnels that spread out from under the canyon to the west and south. All were empty, dark places with the weight of the water pressing in against her. She followed the Deep to the south, flashes of visions guiding her way, eventually guiding her to a section of caves below the Abiding Boneyard. The lower half were submerged in water from the tunnels that led her there, while the upper half was dry with small creatures skittering about underfoot.

Satisfied this was the place her visions meant her to be, Rheic set about making the place more livable, starting with the sections underwater. It was a rare occurrence for her to follow the tunnels up to the surface, the entrance up there was too small for her to pass through. Occasionally she'd bring things she'd pilfered from the old lair in the Earth canyon and it was on one of these trips she noticed something unusual...

The destroyed lair was still shrouded in darkness, but near the opening was a small clump of trees that hadn't been there before. A small green Fae was curled up near their base, fast asleep. Rheic had originally planned to leave him there, but a brief vision changed her mind. She placed a spell upon him to keep him asleep and carefully brought him to the lair beneath Plague. It wasn't long after that she found an orphaned Guardian hiding out in the upper levels. Sensing no malice, she left them to their fates and returned to the dark water below. However, the next time she returned, they shared the same fate as all others that inhabited the Blood Cliffs.
