tumblr_owcwy7x3671w4qlcyo5_r1_100.png Caldera is a fickle creature, as free-spirited as any Wind dragon, but vain as luxurious besides. She can't be bothered with the fetters of sadness and anger; those who have incurred her wrath will instead find themselves the victims of her cruel sense of humor. Caldera will spend as much time as she pleases lounging in high places, figuring herself something of a sentry. She is always the first to see dragons enter her clan's territory and also to see the last of their backs on the horizon; she knows when anyone comes or goes, and delights at the rare opportunities she gets to observe meetings which were meant to be private. She likes to keep secrets to use as leverage at some date in the future.

In spite of herself, Caldera has a certain fondness for hatchlings, and will never pass up an opportunity to play with them. She will often become a favorite companion to the young dragons, and as a result long-term clan members continue to enjoy her company as they grow older. Thus, while Caldera is not an altogether social creature, she has gathered many friends in high places.
