-Cytagal Alkov. She is the Paladin of Vultures, and the clan’s Matriarch. Nothing happens in the territory of Lockjaw without her say-so.
-She was once an orphan, wandering the Wasteland. Hardly a unique tale. But now, with her Bulwark, she has built an empire of scrap and sickness.
-Her laws are simple, but strictly enforced.
-She misses the days before this, when she wandered freely, weighed down only by the things she scavenged. She cares deeply for her family, and it scares her. She has seen many lose everything due to the harshness of the Wasteland.
-Her armor is wrapped in barbwire coated with vile poison. She openly challenges enemies to strike at her.
-Her lower jaw is all exposed bone. The acid she spits does not discriminate between friend and foe.
