PERSONALITY Castle Ayelid’s princess, Almsivi was raised and trained to lead. She keeps herself distant from all other faeries except Ulawayn, and cares little for dragons other than her thrall. She always seems quite sure of herself. Almsivi is not someone you go to for kind words or sympathy, but problems and conflict excite her. Her strengths are finding solutions and creating plans. If there are any doubts in her mind, she keeps them well hidden. APPEARANCE For all intents and purposes, Almsivi looks like a normal Spiral faerie, always graceful and alert. There’s only one difference - her eyes. Where most faeries’ eyes are blank white, Almsivi has a tint of blue to her irises, more like a Queen-Mother than a rank and file descendant. |

BIOGRAPHY
From the moment she hatched, Ulawayn had a destiny set for Almsivi. She’d learned from her previous children that she couldn’t micromanage everything. She needed a regent, a princess who would take on the role of her mouthpiece, and Almsivi was selected to be that faerie. Almsivi grew up under Ulawayn’s careful watch and guiding wings. She learned magic, fighting skill, and all the little intricacies of leadership Ulawayn could teach her - how to move faeries to action, how to plan for all possibilities, strategy and geography and critical thinking. By the time she was full-grown, her course in life had been set. Almsivi was molded into a perfect diplomat, a gorgeous faerie princess with a vicious streak and the same loyalty to her Queen-Mother that all other faeries have. There was only one thing that went awry in Ulawayn’s plan. Almsivi’s thrall. For a long time, it didn’t seem as if Almsivi had any interest in making herself a companion, but one day when she was out around Castle Ayelid, she met Lailyn fleeing from her disease-ridden clan. Almsivi was concerned about this new threat of disease and, after making sure Lailyn was clean of it, invited her as a guest into Castle Ayelid. It only took two months for Almsivi to decide to enthrall Lailyn, and there seems to be genuine affection in their relationship. |

THRALL
 Lailyn is capricious, intelligent, and fully in love with Almsivi. The spell of enthrallment holds her differently for that love. She retains much of her intelligence and will sometimes argue with her master, but when Almsivi shuts her down or orders her around, Lailyn willingly submits. |
