He had heard of the group from students on an exhibition and quickly gained interest. It took time to gain the clan's trust, but they accepted him given he follow the tribe's customs. He was under a watchful eye for months, though as he himself fell into routine and saw his life here as less and less of a research venture, this relaxed. Entranced by the simplicity, Glacier soon found himself happy in the Viridian, and thought little of his prestiged life in the Southern Icefields.
