Akantha

The leader of this clan and loving mother of her three children! She has a special connection with the Arcane and truly believes that no other flight can satiate her lust for magic. Akantha is a very just leader, but many in the clan believe she takes the role too seriously. The others say she rules with an iron paw and has no mercy on those that betray the clan, but this is only half true. She simply loves her den mates as if they were family, and even thinks of them as such. She fears any harm coming to them, so she tries her best to protect them, even when that results in her being injured.

Her mate Clyde

They met as hatchlings. Akantha had been exiled from her birth den after a series of very unfortunate events. She felt incredibly alone for many moons as she wandered Sornieth, trying to find any place to call home. It was on her 10th night that she decided to try and return to the Starfall Isles. That same night, she saw a lone Tundra in a meadow on a hill. He was playing with the moths and butterflies without a care in the world. She was intrigued by their similarities and couldn't help but wonder if he was a long lost den mate. She hesitantly approached, snapping a twig a few feet away from him. He suddenly sprang up, pouncing on her and sending them both tumbling down the hill. When they reached the bottom, they simply stared at each other. It was the start of a lovely life together.

Her Children

Her first born son, Manthan, worries her to no end. He is destined to take her place once she dies by birthright, but she fears that it's the wrong choice. Her beloved twins, Mora and Meena, fill her with great joy. She's highly protective of Mora, who was born sickly and small. She trusts in Meena to watch over Mora once she's gone, but she has no idea what Manthan will do. She has to punish him regularly for hurting both of the girls, but nothing she does seems to work. Her only hope is that one day he'll learn his lesson, but odds are that day will never come.
