Biography
When Locrus had reached adulthood, she - like all other Guardians - set out on "the Journey" in search of her Charge - the thing she would protect for the rest of her life. After some searching, Locrus decided to stay for a bit in a clearing in the Shadow territory. Not too long after (possibly the following day), a male Guardian on the same journey stumbled into the small lair - his name was Cronus (now Alcaeus). Locrus quickly felt a crush coming on when she met him. This was her first crush and she wanted to spend some more time with him due to this, so she decided to stick around for a bit and put "The Journey" on hold for a few days. In took some time, but Cronus eventually realized that Locrus was his Charge (whch greatly pleased her). After protecting her endlessly for the following months, Locus came to understand and even know the closed-off male. She realized that he would not be the one to make the first move, so after a year of first meeting she proposed becoming his mate. Embarrassed by her feelings towards him, as well as his own feelings towards her, he awkwardly accepted.
After the two became mates, Locrus was a bit awkward to bring up having children someday. She was hesitant in fears of making him flee with a sudden family. Locrus also had not found her own charge yet, and she did not want to have children when she felt the constant urge to go out searching for her Charge. Though one day while walking through the forest around their little clearing, she stumbled upon a small Dragon hatching that was not from the Shadow flight. Unsure how to get him back to his own territory, she brought him to Cronus. When her mate was not certain about the hatching and wanted to leave him by the border, Locrus became very protective of the child. It scared her how powerful the protectiveness felt... until she realized that she had found her Charge. Upon telling Cronus that the hatching was her Charge, he conceded and they adopted the lost dragon, naming him Zinnaerris (whom Cronus now had come to love).
After some time, Locrus and Cronus decided to have some children of their own. They had three children - Alaurun, Losi, and Eli (whom Cronus had let Locrus name them all). Despite this, neither of them treaedt Zinnaerrs any differentlytheir biological children (possibly even favoring the eldest). Locrus was so happy to see Alcaeus bond with Aarurun over their nerdiness. In return, she spent much time with Losi and Eli so they did not feel left out and would tell them stories about her and their father (leading the two to become hopeless romantics). Later one, Locrus was greatly saddened when Losi and Eli were exalt together, though during this time, she and Alcaeus had two more children - Coeus and Hesperus (whom Alcaeus named this time). So Locrus was forced to focus more on raising the two youngest than crying over Losi and Eli, who she knew were fine.
