In Sornieth, bees are regarded as having great wisdom and act as messengers between worlds, able to travel to the Otherworld, bringing back messages from the deities. In the Sunbeam Ruins, bees are thought to embody the ancient knowledge of The Lightweaver. This led to the lore of the secret knowledge of the bees, along with the saying “ask the wild bee for what The Lightweaver knows.” Light dragons believe that during sleep or while in a trance, a dragon’s soul leaves the body in the form of a bee.

Ammon is beekeeper for the Tangrowth Lair. He tends to his bees with great dedication, harvesting the sweetest golden honey which is regarded as a delicacy, and honey scented beeswax which is used in the crafting of candles.
