Tullian

An unscrupulous merchant and shameless con artist, most of the Shadowflare Mercenaries have had direct dealings with Tullian in the past for any number of reasons, usually all relating to his ability to procure things he probably shouldn't have access to and his tendency to also attempt to sell "valuables" with questionable authenticity. Aware that they needed someone who could keep a large mercenary group well supplied, most agreed that his talents were a must-have for Shadowflare, even if it was a decision reached with ample amounts of caution.

For ol' Tully, though, the choice was easy. The opportunity for great profit beckoned him to their side like a siren's song and the promise of getting to keep his head firmly attached was what sealed the biggest deal of his life.

Dreaming of making it big since he was a hatchling, Tully often tells it that he started his shady life as an orphan who wanted nothing more than to live in luxury and never have to worry about anything again. Though this aspect of the tale is a fairly common thread throughout all versions of his history and seems to be the truth, the rest of the details often tend to lean more... fictional. Whenever confronted on this fact or any other little alterations to the truth, he often waves it off as making things more interesting. Many just assume he has a natural inclination towards pretending something's more spectacular than it is, his own past included.

Clever and resourceful, Tully hasn't made it this far without knowing a thing or two about navigating a tough situation, though he has seldom used these traits to avoid landing in said situations in the first place. Absurd luck and a positive outlook, however, seems to keep him bouncing back, much to the chagrin of those who wish he would just wind up in a ditch already.

Regardless of his trustworthiness or lack thereof, Tully has a genuine knack for business when he's not trying to scam someone and has a way of making good connections, whether by fortune or some strange brand of charisma that only works on occasion. This has been serving the Shadowflare Mercenaries well so far, even though there have been a few firm reminders to keep things as clean as possible.
