TW: A WHOLE LOT OF BLOOD

She hummed as she worked. The blood drained slowly from her arm into the bottle through the thin tubes. She would stop her writing every once in a while to watch the blood drip. Soon her work would be complete and she would be a being of pure flesh and magic. When the last drop of blood fell in, Servei's body seized up. She couldn't breathe and she couldn't move. Had she made a bad calculation? This was it. They would find her body like this.

She didn't know how long she was out but when she came back to consciousness she gasped like this was the first breath she had ever taken. She slowly stood up and reached for a knife sitting on her desk. She tore at her own skin and smiled when she saw no blood come from the wound. Had she finally found a form of immortality? With a wave of her claw, a bottle of her own blood crashed to the ground, the liquid merging to her scales forming ruins.

Servei hides the fact that she is an undead being to avoid the judging gaze of other Plague dragons. She knows that she has the safety of The Council but it's better safe than hunted.
